Today I asked myself what is the most important thing in my life? It is a familiar question but finding the best answer is so important because this answer will determine your priorities, choices, goals and plans otherwise your life is just hanging around with no clear purpose or principles. The first idea that came to my mind is to be happy, but wait a minuet I recognize this voice, I usually hear it while I am hungry or tired. Yeah! it is the voice of the natural human living within me. Happiness can't be a reason for living otherwise I will be so self-centered and greedy. Happiness supposed to be a result of achieving a higher goal. But what is a good target? How about the challenge to work as hard as possible to achieve my targets lets say success, money, power or even competing with others to be a better person. Would you like to be great? Who does not want to? Then let’s take a look on Jesus’ guidelines on how to be eternally great. The Door First he stated it clearly that to get to the eternal part or to enter the kingdom of heaven you need to be converted or turned into a little child as he explained more clearly in John 3 on how to be reborn again by the spirit. To be great The secret of being great in the kingdom is to humble yourself as a little child, as he said in mark 9:35 “if any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all and servant of all.” Kingdom members’ characteristics 1- Love one another Then he started to highlight some of the basic characteristics of his kingdom members and obviously love must come on the top of his list. Jesus said “and whoever receives a little child like this in my name receives me." to refer to his main command which is to receive or accept and love one another in his name, even though the others might have some ignorant childish behavior

Who is your hero? Unfortunately we tend to have imaginary heroes or heroes who are far from us or heroes who are limited in only one aspect of life. And I guess they do not have a strong real impact on our life, now let me show you a real hero, who is a hero in everything he does, he is very close to you and can make you a hero too. Imagine you are playing in a football team, sorry but you are not a good player nor any member of your team, while the other team is really strong (lets say Brazil). It is the world cup final and every thing in your life is depending on this match “It is your life”. Now how do you feel? How will you perform? No hope and you can not do any thing to avoid the defeat. But suddenly Jesus stepped in and offered to help your team, He will not play as a striker nor as a play maker, even though he is perfect in both, Jesus will be the goalkeeper which means no matter how good is the other team they will never be able to score. Can you see how your life is different

Mosses, David, Abraham and Joseph When we think of them we think of the salvation leader of Israel, the mighty king of praise, the blessed father of faith, the man who defeated sin and hanger. These are the ideas that come to our minds when we remember them, but in their history there is something different, something common between those heroes and period of time they all lived with faith above all doubts. And here it is; they all kept their faith in God while they were waiting for his promises to come true. It took God 40 years to reveal to Mosses how he will use him to deliver his nation, while David lived rejected and escaping from the king even though he was the anointed real king, Abraham was promised a blessings and a son who shall inherit this blessing while all wisdom and previous experiences were saying this was impossible and unreasonable.
